Junior Performance Marketer

About the role

GrowMojo is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of Facebook and Instagram advertising for its U.S. clients. You will work with a set monthly budget for each client, allocating spend across campaigns to achieve sales, leads, or ROAS targets. The role requires staying up‑to‑date with the latest Meta marketing techniques and adapting quickly to platform changes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day management of Facebook/Instagram ad strategies, including campaign creation, bid management and budgeting.
• Allocate ad spend across multiple campaigns to meet client‑specific performance goals.
• Monitor campaign performance continuously and make data‑driven adjustments to improve results.
• Collaborate with U.S. clients to understand their business objectives and align marketing tactics accordingly.
• Maintain accurate accounting of budgets and reporting for several client accounts.

Required profile

• Experience working for or with U.S. companies/clients.
• Passion for performance marketing on Instagram/Facebook and Google platforms.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving advertising features and functionality.
