Junior Designer

About the role

Agenda is a brand agency that partners with Fortune 500 companies, challenger brands and startups. We are looking for a sharp, imaginative Junior Designer to help solve complex creative and strategic challenges across a variety of B2B projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and strategy teams in conceptualising, designing and building brand experiences.
• Help craft brand identities from concept through execution, including guidelines, templates, presentations, websites, campaigns, activations and events.
• Develop new visual design concepts or evolve existing ones while approaching problems strategically.
• Articulate design decisions in relation to briefs and maintain awareness of current and emerging design trends.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of agency experience, preferably in small to mid‑size studios.
• Passionate about branding, detail‑oriented and curious about clients’ businesses.
• Comfortable collaborating in a flat, lean team structure and open to feedback.
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients and projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma.
• Animation skills (a plus, not mandatory).
