Brand Designer

About the role

Trade is looking for a thoughtful, systems‑driven Brand Designer to shape and evolve its visual identity across the entire customer journey. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will define how the brand appears in performance creative, lifecycle campaigns, product launches, editorial storytelling, and brand systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact campaign creative for paid media, email, direct mail, landing pages, organic social, and more.
• Evolve and maintain Trade’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer to develop scalable brand systems, templates, and component libraries.
• Partner with Growth to create performance‑driven, on‑brand creative that drives conversions.
• Work with editorial and content teams to visually bring roaster stories and coffee discovery to life.
• Produce creative for brand campaigns, seasonal moments, product launches, and cultural initiatives.
• Maintain design consistency across typography, color, imagery, and motion.
• Present work confidently to cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership.
