Junior Brand Designer

About the role

Cohere is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join its small, opinionated Brand team. You will work alongside senior designers on a variety of digital and print projects that shape how the company is perceived worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design web pages, landing pages, social media assets, decks and campaign materials from brief to final delivery.
• Use AI image and video tools as part of everyday design practice.
• Maintain and extend the brand system across all touch points.
• Support event collateral creation, including booths, signage, wayfinding and swag.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to ensure high‑quality output.
• Contribute ideas and creative concepts beyond junior‑level expectations.

Required profile

• Formal design training from a reputable program or a self‑taught portfolio that demonstrates strong taste and rigor.
• 1–2 years of professional design experience.
• A portfolio showing real range in typography, layout, art direction and a clear point of view.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to grow design skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana, ComfyUI, or similar.
