Production Specialist, Global Special Events

About the role

The Production Specialist, Global Special Events supports the Project Manager in leading and organizing multiple exhibitions and special events for Tiffany and Company. This role blends creative design, detailed project coordination, and vendor management to bring conceptual ideas to life while adhering to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in conceptualizing and managing strategic events aligned with retail objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Create design assets such as floor plans, lighting plots, audio plots, and renderings using CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, boutique openings, and client experience programs.
• Source, negotiate, and manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to meet design direction and budget.
• Maintain working knowledge of budgets, logistics, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events and exhibitions.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, budgets, and technical complexities.
