Junior Art Director

About the role

Frida is seeking a Junior Art Director to join its Marketing team. You will work closely with the Senior Art Director to shape the visual identity of the brand across campaigns, content, and cultural initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and develop campaign ideas, creating visual territories and executions.
• Lead end‑to‑end photoshoot development, including mood boards, shot lists, and on‑set art direction for both photo and video.
• Partner with the Senior Art Director to translate concepts into compelling visual assets.
• Guide post‑production processes, including retouching direction.
• Adapt visual approaches to different tones, from premium brand campaigns to lo‑fi social‑first content.

Required profile

• Strong point of view on visual storytelling and photographic art direction.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with a high level of taste.
• Comfortable flexing across diverse aesthetic styles.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with cross‑functional teams.
