We Are Social is seeking a Social Designer to bridge strategy and visual output for top‑tier brands. You will create high‑quality design and motion assets that resonate on social platforms while staying ahead of cultural trends.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging social trends and translate them into design opportunities that align with client objectives.
• Convert complex concepts into visually compelling graphics, photography, videography, and motion pieces.
• Ideate, shoot, edit, and deliver story‑driven content optimized for each social platform.
• Defend design decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders with clear creative rationale.
• Navigate project challenges, delivering adaptable solutions without compromising aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive final products and smooth team dynamics.
• Manage multiple priorities, delivering rapid turn‑arounds for real‑time moments and trending topics.
• Produce a wide range of content formats while maintaining brand consistency.
