Java Full Stack Developer – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Digital Experience (DX) unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on creating and enhancing human‑centered digital platforms that enable enterprises to transform business models, improve operations, and deliver personalized customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Participate in design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features using Java, Spring Boot, micro‑services, Kafka and React.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and ensure system stability.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to deployment.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
