Intermediate Architect – AD100 Private Residential

About the role

An interdisciplinary AD100 design firm is looking for an intermediate‑level architect to join its New York City studio. The role involves managing high‑end private residential projects from concept through construction, working both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of design, from concept through construction.
• Prepare complete sets of construction documents.
• Coordinate with multiple consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience on high‑end residential projects in the NYC area.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced AutoCAD drafting.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop and Revit (preferred).
• Rendering abilities (preferred).
