Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects for a well‑established general contractor in Manhattan. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through close‑out, ensuring delivery that meets client expectations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Lead project meetings and support project staff.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in NYC commercial interiors.
• Proven experience managing corporate interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong understanding of the NYC construction market.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
