Housekeeper – South Meadows (part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time position (3 days a week) supports the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities at the South Meadows community. The role helps maintain market‑ready appeal for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Available to work three days per week on‑site.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with the property team.
• Attention to safety, with willingness to report hazards promptly.
