Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our hotel’s maintenance team. You will ensure that all building systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance crew in repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel systems.
• Schedule maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff while enforcing safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to address maintenance concerns.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel or commercial maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle emergency repairs.
• Excellent time‑management and task‑prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
