Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets industry standards and domain insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, draft standard operating procedures and workflows that meet functional requirements.
• Research third‑party products within the healthcare domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs to ensure system stability post‑implementation.
