Guest Services Specialist – Concierge Role

About the role

As a Guest Services Specialist at Alila Ventana Big Sur, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized concierge service that reflects the luxury and natural beauty of the resort. You will engage with guests before arrival, during their stay, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with guests prior to arrival via phone and email to gather preferences, arrange special requests, and create tailored itineraries.
• Welcome guests on arrival, provide insider recommendations, and coordinate reservations, transportation, and bespoke activities.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams to execute personalized services and special dining experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, VIP notes, and concierge resources to ensure seamless future stays.
• Assist the Front Desk with check‑ins, check‑outs, and lobby interactions as needed.
