About the role

The Iconic Stanley Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic Tour Guide to lead guests through memorable experiences at the hotel and surrounding attractions. You will be the face of our hospitality brand, sharing stories and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and informed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead guests on scheduled tours of the hotel and nearby points of interest, delivering engaging and accurate information.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants throughout each tour.
• Answer guest questions and tailor the experience to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to align tour schedules with events and occupancy.
• Maintain tour equipment and materials, keeping them clean and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a tour guide or in a guest‑facing hospitality role.
• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
