Guest Service Manager – Front Desk Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. This full‑time, onsite position oversees daily check‑in/check‑out operations, reservation management, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk activities, including guest check‑in, check‑out, and reservations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the guest service team to deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback and service performance for management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
