Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Stand and move for the duration of the shift, ensuring efficient service.
• Provide courteous service to customers and assist teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to help both crew members and customers.
• Eagerness to learn new tasks and improve performance.
• Proactive problem‑solving – if something isn’t right, you fix it.

Required skills

• Operating restaurant equipment (headset, register, grill).
