Groundskeeper / Porter – Full-time

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the community, ensuring that grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover processes.
• Change all locks in accordance with property policies.
• Provide support to service team members as needed.
