Groundskeeper / Porter for Las Vegas Grand

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the physical appearance of the Las Vegas Grand community, ensuring that grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards of cleanliness and curb appeal. The role supports the service team and assists with turn‑over activities for vacant apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage areas clean.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turn‑over activities.
• Change all locks in accordance with the property’s lock‑change policy.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to perform litter removal, trash handling and lock changes.
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness of common areas and storage spaces.
• Ability to follow property policies and work under the direction of supervisors.
