Groundskeeper - Park at Stone Oak

About the role

The Groundskeeper for the Park at Stone Oak ensures that the community’s outdoor areas are clean, well‑maintained, and visually appealing. This full‑time, onsite role supports the service team in keeping the property’s grounds and amenities in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover processes.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure security standards are met.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Capable of supporting service team members and following established property procedures.
