Community Manager - Parc at Wall Street

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Parc at Wall Street property in San Antonio. You will lead the on‑site team, ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations, and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty‑cash handling.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real‑estate assets.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
