Groundskeeper for Park at Stone Oak

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing. Working closely with the service team, you will maintain the park, common areas, and amenities at Stone Oak, supporting overall curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to policy and ensure pool gates operate safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints sensitively.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
