Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

Athletes First is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Design Specialist to support its representation side across NFL, NCAA, coaching and broadcasting divisions. Working closely with agents, you will produce visual content that drives client recruiting, brand building and day‑to‑day representation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design recruiting materials, pitch decks and presentations for agents across multiple sports divisions.
• Create client‑facing content that supports brand building, marketing and career strategy.
• Develop graphics for social media and digital platforms to enhance client visibility and agency brand presence.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all representation‑side collateral.
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects and deadlines while collaborating with the broader Creative team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within sports or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital and social media design.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
