Project Coordinator – Architectural Designer

About the role

The Design Project Coordinator supports the architectural design team by managing design coordination, sales support, and technical documentation. Reporting to the Program Manager – Design Team and the Director of DEAM’s Technical Services, this role ensures seamless collaboration between sales, concept, and technical design teams across the Atlanta area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely design coordination tasks such as sales quote support, renderings, and technical design assistance.
• Manage project schedules, collateral creation, and concept‑design rendering timelines.
• Review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy and coordinate updates with architectural designers.
• Create photo‑realistic 2D/3D renderings and digital assets for web, print, and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and the Design Resource Room.
• Support the sales team with design presentations, collateral drawings, and asset creation.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
