Go-to-Market Strategy Manager – Legal AI

About the role

Lead strategic sales enablement and adoption of AI‑enabled selling tools across the Large Law organization, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Operations to accelerate growth through data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption and strategic use of internal AI GPTs across the Large Law organization, creating metrics, training plans and repeatable workflows.
• Oversee rollout and continuous improvement of generative AI sales tools such as OpenAI models, Databricks and Seismic Learning, designing onboarding and feedback strategies.
• Translate sales, marketing and product data into actionable insights for execution, prioritisation and performance improvement.
• Project‑manage cross‑functional initiatives, maintain trackers, and facilitate roundtables to ensure accountability and leadership follow‑through.
• Triage product‑related questions, coordinate resolutions and capture trends to inform enablement and product feedback.

Required profile

• B2B SaaS experience required; legal‑industry exposure preferred; MBA and/or JD strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives involving sales technology, new workflows and cross‑functional process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into practical recommendations.
• Excellent project‑management, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Collaborative, customer‑centric approach with influence across teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Gong or a comparable conversation‑intelligence platform.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled sales tools such as OpenAI models, Databricks and Seismic Learning.
• Experience with sales‑engagement platforms and AI‑driven selling technologies.
