About the role

Syensqo is seeking a Regional Fumigation Sales Manager to lead commercial activities for its Phosphine Gases fumigation business across the Americas. The role combines full‑cycle sales management with strategic partnership development to drive revenue and margin growth in the post‑harvest agricultural market.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, contribution margin, cash and forecast targets.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process: order processing, forecasting, cash and complaint management, pricing, cost/margin analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation and cylinder approvals.
  • Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and year‑end forecasts for the product range in the assigned territory.
  • Uncover, develop, track and close new business opportunities beyond existing accounts.
  • Support short‑, mid‑ and long‑term budgeting and planning for the region.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, sales call reports, account and opportunity plans using Salesforce.
  • Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and resolve customer complaints.
  • Visit partners and customers periodically to strengthen relationships and support development.

Required profile

  • Strong, results‑driven attitude with a willingness to overcome complex commercial and regulatory challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, create and execute tasks without daily oversight.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to act as an active member of regional and global fumigation teams.
  • Experience in sales within niche agricultural or fumigation markets is preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce for sales reporting and opportunity management.
