Full-Time Physician (MD/DO) – Primary Care

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Physician (MD/DO) with a California medical license to join our expanding health center in Scotia, CA. You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, in‑person environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary‑care services including diagnostics, treatments, and patient counseling.
• Perform clinical procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound management.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Supervise mid‑level practitioners and ensure quality of care.
• Maintain detailed electronic health records and interpret diagnostic test results.
• Potentially travel to multiple locations as needed.

Required profile

• Current California medical license (MD or DO) and DEA registration.
• Proven experience in primary‑care practice.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Preference for candidates eligible for Medicare and Medi‑Cal.
