Medication Technician – Senior Care

About the role

We are seeking a Medication Technician to join our senior‑care community in Tarzana. In this role you will provide direct care and medication assistance to residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing while supporting our mission of a warm, family‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist residents according to physicians’ orders and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation for each resident.
• Follow established medication policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Support residents with daily living activities as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an assisted‑living or similar senior‑care facility.
• Valid First Aid certification; CPR and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required by state law.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lb.
