Full-Stack Product Engineer – Remote (GovTech Startup)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Product Engineer to join our fast‑growing GovTech startup. You will own feature development from concept through deployment, work with cutting‑edge AI tools, and help local governments operate more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end product features using Vue.js on the front‑end and GCP, TypeScript, Express.js, MySQL (Drizzle ORM) on the back‑end.
• Develop AI prompts and workflows with OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and AssemblyAI, and create evaluation tests for AI performance.
• Write reliable test code, conduct code reviews, and monitor system performance with Sentry.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams, sharing insights and contributing to the long‑term product vision.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional coding experience, including 1–2 years with JavaScript.
• Strong drive to take ownership, see projects through, and deliver measurable results.
• Desire to grow into a more senior role and thrive in a low‑bureaucracy, remote environment.
