Front Desk Concierge – Luxury Boutique Hotel

About the role

The Pinch, a luxury boutique hotel in historic downtown Charleston, is seeking a warm, polished Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of the property and a trusted resource throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, billing and payment processing.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival communication and personalize each stay based on guest preferences.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments and curated Charleston itineraries.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and collaborate with housekeeping, engineering and F&B teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high‑touch service environments.
• Polished, approachable demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using reservation platforms such as Resy.
