FP&A Business Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

KONE is seeking an experienced FP&A Business Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for its Americas unit in Lisle, IL. You will partner with senior leaders to drive investment decisions, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and deliver timely financial insights that support strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and fixed‑cost analysis for the unit.
• Provide financial leadership and partnership to maximize investment opportunities and manage cost‑savings initiatives.
• Supply accurate, timely financial information to leaders to support business and budget execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators and proactively address variances.
• Champion lean practices and eliminate non‑value‑added activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with visual data tools such as Power BI.
