Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

This is a super‑powered Forward Deployed Engineer who has world‑class engineering talent with the ability to translate it to a business audience. Over four weeks, a mess of spreadsheets, disconnected SaaS, and tribal knowledge becomes a full‑stack system the business runs on.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end solution, from ambiguous operational problems through architecture, frontend, backend, data, integrations, LLM orchestration, production cut‑over, and metrics.
• Develop and deploy production‑grade demos using the internal Crucible platform, delivering a working system by the end of the first day on site.
• Collaborate within a small pod, writing React in the morning, shaping a PostgreSQL schema after lunch, and debugging agent loops before dinner.

Required profile

• Experience shipping production software across the stack (React, TypeScript, Python, APIs).
• Ability to turn incomplete requirements and evolving user feedback into working software.
• Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders such as CFOs and CTOs and thriving in ambiguous environments.
