Form Builder (No-Code) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Form Builder to help our SaaS clients create and modify custom forms using our internal no‑code form‑building tool. You will work remotely, interacting directly with clients via Zendesk to understand their business needs and ensure forms are correctly configured and mapped to platform fields.

Key responsibilities

• Build and revise custom forms using the internal no‑code tool.
• Gather and translate client requirements into effective form configurations.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk to clarify needs and provide support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align form designs with platform capabilities.
• Map form fields to existing platform data structures.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
• Deliver training and support to end‑users creating their own templates.
• Manage multiple requests and shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional client‑facing communication.
• Ability to quickly learn new SaaS platforms and internal tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience using Zendesk for client support
