Finance Manager – Medical Spend for Dermatological Beauty

About the role

As Finance Manager for Medical Spend within L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB), you will centralise the management of medical expenditures, partner with business leaders and provide financial insights that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Brand Controllers, Medical team leads and Brand General Managers to understand division medical strategies and influence profitable decisions.
• Manage budget, trend and actuals for medical cost centres, delivering commentary and performance analysis.
• Develop and calculate medical KPIs and ROI to support strategic investment decisions.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and support the HQ team with divisional financial requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a finance controlling role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong grasp of financial principles, internal controls and analytical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the consumer products or cosmetics industry is a plus.
