Field Service Representative (FSR) I - III

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR) to act as a senior‑level technical advisor for Silvus Technologies’ advanced MIMO radio and mesh networking solutions. The role supports customers before and after sale, ensuring our communications systems keep heroes connected in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical guidance and post‑sales support for multi‑antenna MIMO radio and MANET mesh systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex field issues on site.
• Adapt and configure communications equipment to meet unique customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to influence product direction.
• Travel up to 75 % of the time, operating autonomously across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level technical expertise with hands‑on experience in radio communications.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic, mission‑critical environments.
• Willingness to be based near Fort Benning, GA; Fort Bragg, NC; Virginia Beach, VA; or Southern Maryland.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and internal collaboration.
