About the role

MissionNeko is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to lead its preventive‑care model for members in New York. In a fast‑moving, tech‑forward clinic you will combine clinical expertise with proprietary imaging and AI tools to identify health risks early and guide members toward actionable health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using high‑resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI‑driven decision support.
• Develop personalized, action‑oriented health plans based on screening data and ensure members follow through.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), enhancing overall clinical quality.
• Collaborate with Operators, APPs, and cross‑functional care teams to improve continuity of care and member experience.
