Family Medicine Physician – Full‑time, California

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages across several California locations. The role involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, promoting wellness, and collaborating with specialists to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose, treat, and provide preventive services for patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions, ordering and interpreting labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and immunizations as appropriate.
• Provide health education, wellness counseling, and disease‑prevention guidance.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and complete patient documentation.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and participate in team meetings, quality‑improvement initiatives, and care coordination.
• Supervise mid‑level providers when needed.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree with an active California Medical License and DEA certificate.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency.
• Experience in public or community health is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
