About the role
Zirtual is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality remote support to busy professionals. Working independently while receiving guidance from an Account Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping them manage schedules, communications, and daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Monitor and handle client inboxes, draft and respond to emails, and prioritize communications.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and maintain organized files and records.
- Research, book, and coordinate travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries and handling changes.
- Support day‑to‑day business operations, conduct research, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
- Send weekly usage reports and maintain detailed client profiles following Zirtual best practices.
Required profile
- 2‑4+ years of experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or small business owners.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
Required skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality.
