About the role
The Executive Assistant II provides high‑level administrative support to the General Manager of CeraVe, a leading dermo‑cosmetics brand within L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. Working in New York, you will partner with senior leaders across the division, external vendors, and international top management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex domestic and international calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and executive correspondence.
- Organize large‑scale meetings and events, handling venue booking, catering, A/V setup, and attendee logistics.
- Process purchase orders, budgets, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain central filing systems and oversee office supplies and space management.
Required profile
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and consider broader implications of decisions.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and capacity to make executive‑level decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for relaying directives between senior leadership and teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
