About the role
The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Vice Chairman and Co‑Chairman of the Bank Board, providing high‑level administrative and operational assistance in a fast‑paced banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate communications and meetings with senior bank officers, clients, and external not‑for‑profit partners.
- Manage general office functions including payroll processing, vacation tracking, and onboarding of new hires.
- Handle ad‑hoc bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and compile expense reports.
- Maintain and update contact lists, process bills, expense reports, and check requests.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Punctual, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel (plus).
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 USD.
