Entry-Level Graphic Designer

About the role

The multi‑faceted experiential design team at CannonDesign is seeking an entry‑level Graphic Designer to create visual communications that bridge brands and built environments. You will work on projects ranging from concept development to detailed artwork production, helping transform ordinary spaces into inspiring experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and produce artwork for graphics, signage, and exhibits.
• Design two‑ and three‑dimensional graphics, maps, and print layouts in collaboration with the environmental graphics team.
• Translate client needs into effective design solutions and create mock‑ups and visualizations.
• Prepare camera‑ready files for fabrication and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field (required by hire date).
• Strong background in typography and visual communication.
• Previous internship or related experience valued.
• Interest and skill in 3‑D design, wayfinding, exhibition design, and environmental graphics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on a Macintosh platform.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus.
