User Experience (UX) Designer AI Trainer – $100/hour

About the role

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to act as an AI Trainer for our AI Labor Marketplace. In this remote, part‑time consultancy you will evaluate AI‑generated career guidance for UX‑related professions, ensuring the recommendations are accurate, current, and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Create benchmark answers for UX career‑related questions.
• Develop profession‑specific scoring rubrics to evaluate AI‑generated guidance.
• Assess recommendations related to UX research, interaction design, and product design careers.
• Review advice on portfolio development, skill building, and specialization opportunities.
• Evaluate guidance concerning collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unrealistic career recommendations.
• Provide written rationale supporting evaluation outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in UX design, product design, interaction design, or UX research.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UX work.
• Experience working within product development environments.
• Familiarity with UX career progression, specialization pathways, and industry practices.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate professional guidance objectively and consistently.
• U.S.-based.
