Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk – Fully Remote

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team remotely. The role involves entering and maintaining customer, account and operational data in our internal systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer, account and operational data into company databases and management systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting and accuracy; flag discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records across multiple client accounts.
• Meet daily accuracy and productivity targets set by management.
• Communicate task updates, questions and completion status via email and messaging platforms.
• Handle all data and customer information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with document formatting, file management and general administrative support as needed.
• Participate in brief team check‑ins and training sessions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy on high‑volume tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage time and work independently.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No prior experience required – full paid training provided.
