Enterprise Solutions Director – Pursuit Strategy

About the role

Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) team is seeking a senior leader to shape capture strategy for large federal pursuits and government‑wide contract vehicles. The role provides strategic and tactical guidance to senior leadership, influencing business strategy across defense, security, and justice sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy for complex federal pursuits from early positioning through award and transition.
• Collaborate with Capture Executives, Deal Architects, Pursuit Leaders, account leadership, and cross‑functional teams to develop compliant, competitive proposals.
• Develop and execute win strategies, pre‑RFP activities, and written/oral proposal efforts for priority pursuits.
• Advise stakeholders on contract vehicle selection, acquisition shaping, and portfolio positioning.
• Build relationships with government and industry partners, represent Deloitte in industry forums, and guide pursuit teams through strategic capture decisions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in federal acquisition and pursuits.
• 4+ years in federal contracting, strategic capture, solutions, and proposal development.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and mentor others.
