Dishwasher – Full-Time Position

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team in New Orleans. This full‑time role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment using appropriate methods.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, and appliances.
• Store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards.
• Perform janitorial duties in dining rooms, bistro, and related service areas.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fine‑dining or casual‑dining restaurant environments.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
