Part‑Time Host at King Brasserie

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional Part‑Time Host to join the King Brasserie team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing information, seating, and support both in‑person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all restaurant guests and answer questions about the area.
• Manage fair and consistent seating of guests.
• Accurately handle paperwork, stock, and keep the host stand tidy.
• Receive incoming calls and book reservations using the reservation system.
• Take room‑service orders when applicable.
• Check floor and tables for cleanliness and assist with bussing when needed.
• Support servers by refilling beverages and handling other guest‑service requests.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Experience or ability to learn a reservation system.
