Director, U.S. Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) – Program Management

About the role

Mastercard’s Loyalty Solutions team is looking for a seasoned Director to lead U.S. Consumer Acquisition and Engagement (CAE) program management. In this strategic role you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them to achieve measurable outcomes through Mastercard’s loyalty and customer engagement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value by evangelizing the loyalty platform and ensuring clients meet KPIs related to engagement and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and Executive stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance, best‑practice playbooks, and data‑driven insights to support client decision‑making.
• Conduct regular business reviews, status updates, and coordinate internal resources to meet client objectives and service‑level agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities, cross‑sell Mastercard solutions, and ensure renewal readiness while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer success, account management, or consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Background in loyalty, CRM, marketing or customer engagement programs.
• Proven record of meeting renewal targets, delivering incremental value, and retaining long‑term contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link program success to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
