Director / Senior Manager, Celebrity Relations

About the role

Maison Valentino is seeking a Director / Senior Manager of Celebrity Relations to lead its celebrity engagement strategy from Los Angeles. Working closely with the U.S. VP of Marketing & Communications and the Global Communications team, you will shape and execute integrated programs that place Valentino at the forefront of high‑profile events and red‑carpet moments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with A‑list celebrities, stylists, publicists, agents and talent agencies.
• Design and implement seasonal celebrity strategies, including award‑season and Met Gala initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, manage gifting, product seeding, VIP store visits and coordinate celebrity attendance at runway shows and global events.
• Drive product placement in television, film and other cultural moments.
• Measure ROI and impressions of celebrity programs to inform future strategies.
• Lead, mentor and grow the Celebrity Relations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in public relations, talent booking, or agency representation, preferably within luxury fashion.
• Established network of top‑tier celebrities, stylists and agents.
• Strong fashion sense and awareness of cultural trends.
