Director / Senior Director of Talent Acquisition

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and scaling a global talent acquisition function within a fast‑growing, data‑driven organization. You will own the evolution of recruiting strategy, turning a strong operational team into a fully scalable, metrics‑driven, tech‑enabled hiring engine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing global Talent Acquisition team.
• Design and implement the future‑state recruiting organization, including structure, capacity planning, sourcing strategy, and operating model.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and strategic talent initiatives.
• Own executive and senior‑level hiring processes to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Build and scale proactive sourcing and talent pipeline functions, including market mapping and outbound recruiting.
• Establish recruiting metrics, dashboards, and performance frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Oversee ATS strategy and optimization (e.g., Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
• Evaluate and implement recruiting technologies, including AI‑driven tools.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruiting excellence across technical, sales, finance, and corporate hiring.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people‑management role.
• Proven success leading recruiting teams in high‑growth, startup or fast‑scaling environments.
• Strong track record hiring across technical, GTM, and corporate functions, including executive roles.
• Experience building or significantly scaling internal sourcing and outbound recruiting strategies.
• Deep familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and recruiting operations tooling.
