Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources reports to the property General Manager and works closely with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. As a member of the property executive committee, the role leads HR strategy, talent acquisition, succession planning and performance management for the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property’s Human Resources strategy aligned with business priorities and brand standards.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management, including the human capital review process.
• Oversee employee compensation strategy, total‑compensation programs and quarterly equity analysis.
• Manage the use of HR technology such as myHR and ensure effective staffing and recruitment processes.
• Serve as a change manager for initiatives with high employee impact and present HR results at owners’ meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
